Weight Loss Newsletter
If you use mailing software, you should definitely be offering your visitors some kind of newsletter/autoresponder course/free giveaway in order to capture their first name and email address.
This way you can build up your own list of opt-in subscribers to promote to over the long run.
You can include some information about your newsletter/e-course/giveaway here, along with an opt-in box to collect their information.
You should also include this on your main homepage as well and even in the side navigation bar if you can.
Some ideas for this include...
- Offering a 5-7 lesson autoresponder course that automatically sends the reader a fat loss/six-pack ab lesson every couple of days. You can create the lessons on your own or use the articles I've provided to create lessons. (Make sure to promote my products throughout the course)
- Offering a newsletter in which you send out free tips to the reader every week or so. Again, you can either write these on your own or just offer the pre-made content I've provided. (Send out product recommendations with your mailings)
- Offering a bonus item in exchange for their first name/email. You could remove one of the bonuses from your website (examples include the progress tracking software, weight loss myths PDF, recipe book, sample chapters etc.) and then offer that as your bonus.
If you don't currently use any mailing software I would recommend that you sign up with GetResponse. This is the software I currently use. It's cost-effective and very easy to setup.
